Long term customer has requested risk assessment reviews to be carried out on all their sites throughout North Wales.

Checked customer files for the original risk assessments. We carried out a meeting with site and went through a plan of when and which sites to visit. We visited each site and checked information held on file is still correct and recommended actions.

Most sites had no changes but some required the schematics to be updated which we carried out. There were also some new recommended actions to report which were also quoted for and carried out. Some of the previous recommendations were ongoing in the form of ongoing water treatment.
