M & S Water Services Limited are a long-standing business, established in 1988, we have enjoyed steady continuous growth over the years with our customer base expanding to cover the whole of the UK.
Formed by the founding two directors, M & S Water Services Limited realised that the customer required something different to the industry standard of high chemical usage. It needed a customer focussed, professional service that reduced costs, brought value and provided assurance to the client that their systems were in good hands.
From primarily dealing with Boiler Water and Cooling Water Treatment M & S Water Services Limited have expanded into all developing areas of Water Treatment including Legionella Risk Assessment, Wastewater, Closed Systems, Pre-Commission Cleaning and Legionella Control and Management dealing with ACoP L8 and the requirements of HSG 274 for Cooling, Hot and Cold Water and Other At Risk Systems.
We assist customers in compliance with the following:
Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HSWA 74), The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 (MHSWR), Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH), The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992, ACoP and Guidance L8 2013, HSG274 Technical Guidance and BS8580-1:2019 for Legionella Control works.

Our staff are all highly trained and qualified in their relevant disciplines, however they are constantly refreshing their knowledge through internal and external training courses designed to increase their understanding of all the latest developments in water treatment and Legionella control.
