The customer came to us with no Legionella Monitoring programme in place.

We visited site to discuss their responsibilities under the ACoP L8 and HSG 274. Risk Assessments would need to be carried out then the necessary monitoring regime can be determined. We worked closely with the customer to see how we could best help them become compliant.

We carried out the necessary Risk Assessments and this led us onto the ongoing and immediate remedial works required. We were able to take on board the Legionella compliance monitoring for the customer and as a result they are now fully compliant.
