We carried out a pre-commission clean and disinfection of the boosted cold water services supplying all water to the apartments. The system was then left stagnant for two months until the building became occupied.
We were approached by the housing management group following a recommendation by the original M&E contractor. They asked if we could repeat the works at short notice due to the building imminently becoming occupied. The works were carried out as requested early the following week.
The client was delighted with our price, the speed of response, the attitude of the technicians who attended site and the quality of the works. They do not currently have any water treatment contractor that they regularly use, and we have been assured that any future works will be sent to us.
